Basic Steps To Get Your Free iPod Nano :

Completed An Offer But Not Got Credit?

Login to the site you signed up with.
Click "Help" at the top of the page.
The trick here is the page under "My issue is about receiving credit for an offer" does not wok, so pick another one, such as "My issue is about referrals" then "My question is about referrals, and is not addressed by the questions listed above."
Now fill out the form saying the other page does not work, so you are posting here. Give the details of the offer you signed up for and successfully completed.
Be sure to include the confirmation email you received from the offer you signed up for, including the header and footer (i.e. all the date, to and from information.)
Submit the form.
You will get and immediate automated response. Click "Account" at the top of the page and then choose "View Customer Service Inquiries."
Click "View" next to your question.
Reply to the automated response with a reiteration of your question.
After a few days, things should be fixed. If the ticket is marked as closed and you have not been given credit, just do the above steps again. It will work.

More Detailed Intructions :

Step 1 - Signing up :
- Create an e-mail account to use for this offer (e.g. Yahoo mail). Please be aware that you may receive junk mail in this mailbox which is why you are making a spare.
- Click a link in the conga line to go to the refferal page. NOTE - I've recently heard that people are having trouble with their accounts if they sign up from the same computer. To be on the safe side, make sure that you are signing up from a computer that no one else has already used to sign up. They also won't allow two people to have their PSPs shipped to the same address.
- If they show up, do NOT click yes to any surveys, they are optional. Create your account. Afterwards, you're taken to to the offers page. Check your mail to see if you have to activate your account. Most freebie companies don't need this, but you must activate your account before you are credited for signing-up for an offer on the ones that do.
- You should now be on the "Complete Offer" page. If not, there is a link to it at the top of the page. Now complete one of the offers.

Step 2 - Completing an offer
- You must now complete one of the available offers. The available offers have been changing lately, so review each one and pick your favorite!
- Once you've done one of the offers, you should receive an e-mail stating you completed your offer, and your 'Check Status' page should change to say 'Congratulations!
